Quotes and estimates are subject to site inspection, information available at the time, material availability, market pricing, and their stated validity period. Final pricing may change with project-scope changes, client modifications, or unforeseen site conditions. Changes after project commencement may require additional costs, revised timelines, and written approval.
Payment terms are stated in the signed quotation or service agreement. Late payments may delay or suspend work until balances are settled.
RRJS performs work to professional workmanship standards. Any warranty is stated in the project contract; normal wear, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized changes, and third-party damage are excluded. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, RRJS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages; liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific contracted services where permitted by law.
